Chicago was sartorially represented at the Emmy awards this year as “Modern Family” star Jesse Tyler Ferguson donned a tie from The Tie Bar (Thetiebar.com), a local company created by husband-wife team Greg and Gina Shugar. The tie is one of a collection designed by Ferguson to benefit his new charity, Tie the Knot (Tietheknot.org), which helps promote marriage equality.
