I work in the medical field and I have found unfiltered apple cider vinegar (2 tablespoons) with a little honey and some hot water have kept me flu free and norovirus free!! I promise it works if you can get it past your mouth:)
I like fresh lemon slices in hot water sweetened with lavender honey. Put some raw garlic in any food you can stomach. Lots of H2O and warm up in the sunshine.

Turtledove has it right, Jenny. The combination of Apple Cider Vinegar (look forthe words”the mother” somewhere on the label… usually found@healthfood stores), Garlic and Honey. This is the trifecta of flu whoop-@ss! But these three alone may cause barfage. A buddy of mine, “straight day Ray”(never works O.T.) told me to buy a cheap bag of cole slaw and add the stuff. Added little chopped onion and olive oil…eat a cup or two a day and the flu….flew.
