Coolest modeling job: Walking for Alice + Olivia at New York Fashion Week Beauty tip: I am a freak about my skin, and pimples just do not fly with me. So I use the Mario Badescu drying lotion [$17; Ulta.com] and — I kid you not — the pimple will be gone the next day. Most effective workout: I swear by Tracy Anderson’s videos — even though the movements are odd, you will absolutely see and feel your body change and tone. Super food: I love spinach and broccoli and often make egg-white omelets with those two super veggies and feta cheese. Spinach always gives me energy and my skin looks better when I eat my greens. Biggest indulgence: I could probably live off Portillo’s [100 W. Ontario] cake shakes.

Coolest modeling job: Shooting for Land’s End on location in NYC What products translate best in photos? As a base for the skin, go with anything with a warmer tone that doesn’t make you look ghostly when the flash comes on. Also, faux lashes look amazing in photos — Ardell Wispies [$3.99; Ulta.com] are my favorite. Insta-piration: @thecutlife and @curlbox for awesome hair inspiration, and @itsmyrayeraye for beauty tips Top trainer: I joined FFC South Loop [1151 S. State] about six months ago and got a trainer, Ben Timmis, who is amazing and very knowledgeable. Super food: Goji berries! Local stop for a healthy meal: FruVé xPress Juicery [1130 S. Wabash] — I love the amazing açaí bowls. Biggest indulgence: Pizza! Giordano’s [730 N. Rush], to be exact.

Beauty tip: It’s odd, but I exfoliate with baking soda! I just mix it with my face/body wash for silky smooth skin.
Most effective workout: Circuit training — the results are insane. You keep your heart rate up, sweat out one series, break for a minute and then do it all again. It’s intense!
Super food: I love chia seeds. I make this tasty banana chia pudding I swear by: Blend banana, coconut milk and chia seeds and let it sit maybe five minutes to let the seeds expand.

Coolest modeling job: Shooting Belk’s back-to-school commercial Skin care regimen: I use my Clarisonic Mia 1 brush [$99; Clarisonic.com] with a Clean & Clear Morning Burst wash [$6.79; Walgreens.com]. After, I moisturize with First Aid Beauty cream [$20 and up; Firstaidbeauty.com]. What products translate best in photos? Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré [$16; Sephora.com] gives the face a radiant, dewy complexion. Talk about glowing! Super food: My “holy fruit trinity” is blueberries, blackberries and raspberries. Throw all of these into a bowl of low-fat vanilla yogurt, top with banana slices, granola and agave nectar, and you have yourself a delicious yet healthy treat! Insta-piration: @msleamichele is definitely one to check out. Her exercise routines and healthy food snaps are awesome.

Coolest modeling job: Shooting for Simply Be in Paris under the Eiffel Tower
Beauty tip: If I have a stubborn pimple, I actually use toothpaste on it before I go to bed! I wake up the next morning and the pimple is significantly better.
Insta-piration: @howto.makeup — their tutorials are very helpful.
Favorite gym: Planet Fitness [locations citywide]. Their motto is the “Judgment Free Zone.” It’s very true. There are always people of all different ages and stages of health working out.
Super food: This sounds cliché, but plain, natural water. Many people don’t know that the more water a person drinks, the less water weight they carry.
Bad habit I want to kick: Skipping breakfast. If I skip breakfast, I become hungry more often throughout the day.
