Forget divey darts bars — Adolfo Garcia and Roman Sánchez have hit a bull’s-eye with their upscale River North spot, Point & Feather, officially opening today. Featuring a dozen dart boards throughout the enormous space, P&F is a social haven with a throwback feel: think vintage furniture, Persian rugs and built-in bookshelves. (Plus, local artist Jenny Vyas adorned the walls with a twist on her signature winged murals.)
And since they’ve upgraded the game, it only makes sense that the restaurateurs would elevate the menu as well. Broken English’s Emily deKanter leads the beverage program, which includes frozen gin and tonics and botanical-infused concoctions. In the kitchen, Chef Rick Rodriguez serves up crab cake corn dogs, pork belly and poached egg avocado toast and more.
