On Nov. 6, Acadia’s Chef Ryan McCaskey brought together the city’s top culinary minds to raise money for those affected by the Northern California wildfires. Abe Conlon of Fat Rice, John Manion of La Sirena Clandestina and Mike Sheerin of Rockit and more joined McCaskey in cooking up an all-star dinner. Guests also sampled a raw bar, fried Jidori chicken and lobster roll station, and tasted wine from the Northern California region. Proceeds from the night will be donated directly to the Napa Valley Community Disaster Relief Fund.
