Dr. Thomas A. Mustoe recently welcomed plastic surgeon Dr. Sammy Sinno to his practice (Drthomasmustoe.com), and to celebrate, threw a Splash-sponsored cocktail party Nov. 1. More than 200 guests scoped out the space and learned about the newest procedures — think facial rejuvenation surgery and Kybella chin injections — while sipping wine and snacking on bites like shrimp, caprese crostini and salmon tartare by Paramount Events.
