Boka Group’s Bellemore is open now

Making his Boka debut, former Bohemian House chef Jimmy Papadopoulos puts an American twist on French classics at the Chicago restaurant group’s newest venue, Bellemore.

The eatery opened just yesterday, but there’s already a signature dish: Papadopoulos’ “oyster pie,” a unique presentation of oyster custard, Osetra caviar, apple and dill.

The dinner-only West Loop spot also features an elegant interior by Chicago-based Studio K, savory (and sweet) pastries by Allison Schroeder (Girl & the Goat) and creative cocktails that complement the cuisine by beverage director Lee Zaremba.
