Chicago’s culinary stars aligned on July 17 at Galleria Marchetti, where more than 20 restaurants featured in SPLASH sister publication Chicago magazine’s “50 Best Dishes” special edition served favorite dishes to a sold-out crowd of 400. Guests were greeted with a glass of 90+ Cellars prosecco topped with cotton candy from Spin Spun before being invited to indulge in dumplings from QXY, rotisserie duck from Duck Inn, rigatoni from Vivere, caramel pie from Beatrix, and more. The event also included signature cocktails courtesy of Don Julio, Ketel One Botanical, and Tanqueray. As the night went on, everyone relaxed at the Apple Vacations lounge, sipped infused water at the My Eye Dr. station, and challenged each other to Ping-Pong. A portion of the ticket proceeds benefited Meals on Wheels.
